The National space centre (NCC), which is planned to be erected in Moscow for three years, will have a height of about 200 meters. This was announced by Deputy mayor Marat Khusnullin, information about that publishes the Agency “Moscow”.
“It (the tower is approx. MOLESTY) looks, you know, like a rocket triangular, staring at the sky. Quite a beautiful concept,” the official said.
Now a project site preparation, which will be erected the NCC, he added.
The national space centre will be located on the street Myasishchev next to Filevsky Park on the territory of the State space scientific production center Khrunichev. Order to create the centre gave in the beginning of this year the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
The highest building of the capital is a 374-meter tower “Federation”, located in the business center “Moscow-city”. If the NCC project will be implemented in the declared parameters, then tower of the future science centre will occupy 16th place in the list of the tallest buildings in Moscow, located between the building of the hotel “Ukraine” (206 metres) and one of the buildings of the residential complex “Sparrow hills” (about 190 meters).
