The Venezuelan government want to support the economy through the creation of a “military-economic area”
The development of the economy of Venezuela should ensure that the country’s armed forces. To do this, in the state of Aragua, near the country’s capital Caracas will create a special “military-economic area”, said President Nicolas Maduro.
In his speech, which was broadcasted on Twitter, Maduro said that the military have “discipline organization and the ability to act” so that their “territorial presence” will contribute to “the creation of a strong economy.”
Maduro also promised “fundamental development of productive forces in the country.”
